During his 36-year career with BellSouth, Mr. Groce was well-known and highly respected for his expertise in Strategic and Implementation Planning, Change Management, and Project Management. His reputation in these areas was confirmed and further enhanced during 1988 – 1994 when he managed BellSouth’s consulting engagements with McKinsey and Company, Cap-Gemini, and Coopers Lybrand.

Throughout a period of massive change in the telecommunications industry, these projects developed strategic vision and implementation plans that have proven successful through the test of time. Other projects he has managed dealt with process re-engineering to improve productivity and change management techniques to build unity and focus.

Mr. Groce is an organizing director of Chattahoochee National Bank where he serves as chairman of the Asset and Liability Committee and a member of the Executive and Compensation committees. His expertise in planning, implementation and meeting facilitation plays a critical role in launching Leadership Ministries' innovative ministries.
