Stephen Lee is the founder and president of Catalyst Faithworks, a company dedicated to providing churches with capital campaign communication solutions to help them raise capital funds for growth efforts such as new land and building projects, exterior and/or interior renovations and much more.

Usually working alongside veteran stewardship consultants, Catalyst Faithworks has been privileged to serve a growing number of diverse churches across the country each year and has seen a satisfied list of more than 300 church clients raise millions in general congregational giving for church/ministry growth purposes.

As a seasoned creative director, graphic designer and speaker, Steve gained enormous experience in marketing communications as an art director who developed and managed advertising creative accounts at various agencies in Atlanta.

Through serving as an elder and communication counsel to a progressive church planting movement that expanded to 20+ churches across Metro Atlanta, he acquired deep insight on the challenges and needs of growing congregations. As Steve worked with these growing churches, he saw a big need for them to have the same level of marketing communications strategies and materials that businesses and political organizations have successfully employed over the years...especially in the area of capital stewardship campaigns.

These marketing communication strategies that Steve wanted bring to church capital campaigns include: delivering consistent, excellent, and compelling campaign materials that unify the congregation under an exciting overall look and message as well as providing well-timed plans of release for maximum top-of-mind awareness.

So in 2001, with 16 years experience in business and church growth development, Steve’s led his diverse and talented team of account directors and art directors to leverage its deep church insights and technical expertise in digital design and production to launch a new targeted business, Catalyst Faithworks, that offered easier and more in-depth solutions for churches in the process of a capital stewardship campaign.
